1. 이 도구는 무엇인가요
들리는 영어뉴스 업로더(이하 "도구")는 유튜브 채널 '들리는 영어뉴스'(@NewsYouCanHear_kr) 운영자가 자기 채널에 영상을 올릴 때 쓰는 개인 도구입니다. 일반 사용자에게 제공하지 않으며, 운영자 한 사람만 자기 Google 계정으로 로그인해 씁니다.
2. 어떤 정보에 접근하나요
도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 쓰며, 운영자가 로그인할 때 허용한 아래 권한만 씁니다.
youtube.upload— 운영자가 만든 영상과 썸네일을 운영자의 채널에 올립니다.youtube.force-ssl— 올린 영상에 자막 트랙을 올립니다. 올리기 전에 로그인한 채널의 ID·핸들·이름을 읽어 올바른 채널인지 확인합니다.
도구는 시청자의 개인정보, 댓글, 다른 사람의 채널이나 영상 정보를 읽거나 모으지 않습니다.
3. 어떻게 보관하나요
로그인 결과로 받은 인증 토큰은 운영자의 개인 서버에만 저장하고, 운영자 외에는 읽을 수 없게 둡니다. 다른 곳으로 보내거나 다른 사람과 공유하지 않으며, 판매하지 않습니다. 업로드 기록(영상 ID, 올린 시각)은 같은 영상을 두 번 올리지 않기 위해 같은 서버에 남깁니다.
4. 권한을 거두려면
Google 보안 설정 페이지(https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions)에서 '들리는 영어뉴스 업로더'의 액세스를 언제든 삭제할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 도구는 더 이상 채널에 접근하지 못합니다.
5. 정보 삭제
권한을 거두거나 도구 사용을 그만두면 운영자는 7일 안에 서버에 저장된 인증 토큰을 지웁니다. 업로드 기록에는 운영자 자신의 채널에 올린 영상의 ID와 시각만 있으며, 삭제를 원하면 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있고 7일 안에 지웁니다. 도구는 YouTube API로 받은 다른 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
6. YouTube와 Google
도구는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 도구를 쓰는 것은 YouTube 서비스 약관에 동의하는 것이며, YouTube API 서비스로 처리되는 정보는 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
7. 이 웹사이트
이 웹사이트는 쿠키나 분석 도구를 쓰지 않습니다. 호스팅 업체(Cloudflare)가 서비스 운영을 위해 일반적인 접속 기록을 남길 수 있습니다.
8. 바뀌면
도구가 쓰는 권한이나 정보가 바뀌면 이 페이지를 고치고 시행일을 새로 적습니다.

1. What this tool is
News You Can Hear Uploader (the "Tool") is a private tool the operator of the YouTube channel News You Can Hear (@NewsYouCanHear_kr) uses to upload the channel's own videos to that channel. It is not offered to the public; only the operator signs in to it with their own Google account.
2. What information it accesses
The Tool uses YouTube API Services and only the following permissions, granted by the operator at sign-in:
youtube.upload— to upload videos and thumbnails the operator produced to the operator's channel.youtube.force-ssl— to upload caption tracks to those videos. Before uploading, it reads the signed-in channel's ID, handle, and title to confirm it is the correct channel.
The Tool does not read or collect viewers' personal information, comments, or information about other channels or videos.
3. How it is stored
The authorization token obtained at sign-in is stored only on the operator's private server and is readable only by the operator. It is not transmitted elsewhere, shared with anyone, or sold. An upload record (video ID and upload time) is kept on the same server so the same video is not uploaded twice.
4. Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). Once revoked, the Tool can no longer access the channel.
5. Data deletion
When access is revoked or the Tool is retired, the operator deletes the stored authorization token from the server within 7 days. The upload record contains only the IDs and upload times of videos uploaded to the operator's own channel; deletion can be requested at the contact below and is completed within 7 days. The Tool does not store any other data obtained through YouTube API Services.
6. YouTube and Google
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and information processed through YouTube API Services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.
7. This website
This website does not use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may keep standard access logs to operate its service.
8. Changes
If the permissions or information the Tool uses change, we will update this page and its effective date.
